Document Description
The State of California Department of Water Resources (DWR) proposes to build a new emergency access road to DWR's facilities at Pyramid Dam, Los Angeles County, California, in the Angeles National Forest. Construction of the access road would provide full access to facilities in the event of an emergency such as dam failure and/or leakage, seismic event or flood, or loss of Pyramid Dam Bridge.
