Document Description
The project is the construction and operation of an approximately 123,000 square foot office/research facility. The new facility will be on an approximately 7 acre portion of the 65 acre Innovation Village site, south of Kellogg Drive and east of Innovation Way and will include a 3-story building, along with approximately 446 parking spaces, a formal entryway, and an outdoor plaza.
