The construction and operation of an approximately 123,000 square-foot office/research facility within the University's Innovation Village. The facility will be a 3-story building with formal entry way, an outdoor plaza, and surface parking providing up to 460 spaces around the building. As an option, a 3-level parking structure with approximately 820 spaces may be constructed to the west of the building.
