Document Description
The project consists of an expansion to the existing Baker Toyota Dealership and the relocation of certain uses from the existing vehicle service and sales buildings on the north side of Federal Boulevard, to new structures to be located on a vacant site located across Federal Boulevard, from the existing facility. The project includes a remodel (interior and exterior) of the existing facilities and development of a vacant 5.16 (gross) acre site. The development of the vacant site consists of grading, improvements for a surface vehicle parking area, and the construction of two new buildings totaling approximately 23,000 sq. ft. for vehicle service, parking, and sales.
