Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes the design and installation of Well No. 16. The well is to be developed based on a preliminary well design of an 18-inch inside diameter well casing. The depth of the well will be dependent upon test drilling results and be determined during preliminary design. The well would be equipped with a submersible pump for groundwater extraction. Facilities would also include a 320 square-foot pump station house (or steel shade structure) approximately 10 feet in height to be placed near the developed well on a concrete pad. Groundwater produced from the well would be distributed into the City’s existing water system from the pump to a new 16-inch pipeline constructed within the Project Site.
