- The project includes the installation and operation of approximately 2.2 miles of onshore 12-inch to 48-inch diameter pipeline along Hueneme Road and Surfside Drive in the cities of Oxnard and Port Hueneme. The project also includes the replacement of the existing Hueneme Outfall. The new outfall will be 4,900 to 5,100 feet in length and terminate at a water depth of approximately 50 feet.
