The project consists of the permitting and operation of two domestic water supply blending stations to control arsenic levels to potable water standards in the Back Basin Area of Lake Elsinore. The Machado Blending Station will blend water from three existing wells; Joy Street Well, Lincoln Well 02, and the Machado Well. The Corydon Blending Station will blend water from the Corydon Well and Cereal Well 01.
