The Joy Street blending pipeline would be installed on Joy Street beneath its intersection with SR74; thereafter it would continue underneath Joy Street in a northwesterly direction to its intersection with Machado Street. The blending pipeline would continue in a southerly direction beneath Machado Street to its intersection with Mari Drive where it would be connected to the Machado pumping station facility.
