Document Description
The Amargosa Creek Specific Plan is comprised of two major districts: the commercial district and the medical district. It is anticipated that the square footage in the commercial district would be between 1.1 and 1.6 million square feet and would be built out over approximately ten years. The medical district would consist of approximately 656,200 square feet of medical uses and associated parking to be built out over 25 years.
