Nine activities are proposed that have the potential to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change the stream bed, channel, or bank of a watercourse (California Fish and Game Code, Section 1602). The activities involve six culvert replacements on Class II watercourse crossings along an unimproved road, two Class II watercourse unimproved road crossing abandonments, and one water diversion into tank on a Class II watercourse for dust abatement, road construction and maintenance, and fire suppression.
