Document Description
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has filed with the State Water Resources Control Board a Petition to change the place of use by adding the Sky Harbor, Hidden Lakes, Millerton New Town and Brighton Crest developments to the authorized place of use for water right permit 11887. The State Water Resources Control has considered the various environmental assessment documents prepared by Fresno County as CEQA Lead Agency for the Millerton New Town and Brighton Crest developments. The State Water Board as a Responsible Agency will make independent findings and submit a NOD to the State Clearinghouse for the Millerton New Town and Brighton Crest developments.
