Document Description
The Balloon Track property contains approximately 4.82 acres of gravel access roads. Large potholes have formed on the existing roads and road shoulders. The primary purpose of the project is to provide safe vehicle access within the Balloon Track and adjacent parcels. The project is also needed to prevent further degradation of the property by vehicles that drive off the access roads to avoid the potholes.
