The project consists of a conveyance of 1436 square feet of real property by a governmental entity, a public school district. Roadway improvements will not be constructed on District property. The conveyance is in exchange for Paseo's causing the dedication of a Right-of-Way to the City of Merced. Conveyance of surplus District property is exempt. The Right-of-Way will not be owned or improved by the District. There is no possibility that the project may have a significant effect on the environment.
