Document Description
Request for a Use Permit and a Design Review Permit to establish a well site for commercial extraction of mineral water at 920 Anselmo Court, City of Napa. Site improvements will be limited to the well, well house enclosure, and truck access drive/staging area on the west side of the property. The water will be trucked off-site for bottling. A maximum of twenty 6,000 gallon truckloads of water would be extracted from the site per day. This equates to an annual water extraction of approximately 140 acre fet of groundwater per year.
