Document Description
An MND and NOD were prepared for upgrades to the CCWWTP in May 2007 for upgrades to the Clear Creek WWTP. Since then, it's become clear that a biosolids handling facility upgrade was also needed. A new facility will be constructed at the Plant in a graveled parking area. The project will not impact env resources nor increase plant capacity. It will not alter the mitigation requirements stated in the MND. As such, Addendum No. 2 was prepared for the project pursuant to Sec. 15164 of the CEQA Guidelines. This NOD only addresses the project and impacts described in Addendum No. 2.
