The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0032-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Plumas Corporation. This agreement pertains to the Dixie Creek Restoration project, which involves replacing 2000 feet of the existing gullied channel with 12 native material plugs, 8 ponds, and one grade drop rock structure wtih stream flows re-directed into a well-vegetated remnant channel.
