Construction of recreational access improvements along the south bank of the barge canal, located between the Palamidessi Bridge and Jefferson Boulevard Bridge. Improvements will include construction of a parking area, walking trails, improvements to the signalized intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and South River Road, and installation of interpretive signs and benches at the park site.
