Document Description
The applicant has applied for a minor subdivision of an 10,668 sq. ft. parcel. The net size of the two proposed parcels will be 5,330 sq. ft. (Parcel A) and 5,338 sq. ft. (Parcel B). Access for both parcels will be directly from Sequoia Avenue. Water will be supplied by California Water Service via an existing water line serving the project site. The Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance District will provide sewer service to the site. The applicant proposes to demolish the existing dwelling and detached garage and construct two new single-family residences on the proposed parcels.
