Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The project consists of proposed development. Contra Costa Communities proposes to build a levee surrounding the development to protect against a 200-year flood. Construction of the levee will require approx. 2,065 cubic yards of clean fill being added to 0.69 acres of agricultural ditches. In addition, 0.14 acre of created wetland will be filled in for the project.
