Document Description
The proposed 120-acre Gilbert Property project site consists of agricultural land located in the City of Oakley, Contra Costa County, California. The project includes the development of approximately 510 dwelling units on +\-120 acres. In addition to the residential lots, the project includes trails, park, levees, a storm water detention pond, as well as the infrastructure improvements necessary to accommodate the new development.
