The current zoning on the project site is RS-1.0 (1 du/1 ac), single family residential, one dwelling unit per acre.
The proposed project is located in the western portion of the Town of Truckee, adjacent to Gregory Creek, approximately 1/4 mile from the intersection of Donner Lake Road and includes a residential development on approximately 32.1 acres. The residential component would feature 25 market-rate single family lots, two market-rate duplex lots and four affordable townhouse units.
