Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0053-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Plumas Corporation represented by Leslie Mink.
On the Guidici Ranch portion of the project, eroding banks would be treated by laying back and vegetating the vertical banks and installing approximately 70 boulder vanes to redirect flows into the center of the channel away from the eroding banks. On the North and East Branches, the project proposes to raise the base level of the channel and reduce erosion and degradation of pasture productivity with riffle augmentation.
