Document Description
At full build-out the shopping center would contain one +/- 24,000 square foot anchor and three minor tenants 4,000, 5,000, 6,000 square feet. This project requires a General Plan Amendment from Industrial to Commercial and a Zone Change from Heavy Industrial to Highway Commercial and a Use Permit to permit a shopping center over 20,000 square feet. There will also be three drive through service windows.
