Document Description
The project includes changing the General Plan Designation from Service Commercial to a mix of Service Commercial with Housing and the Zoning designation from CM/PD (Commercial Mix/Planned Development) to CM/PD with a General Development Plan to allow mixed commercial, industrial, and residential uses on 20.75 gross acres. The proposal includes up to 296,000 sq. ft. of commercial/industrial office space, approximately one acre park, and up to 730 units of housing. The 730 residential units incorporate up to 64 live-work units.
