Document Description
Grading of approximately 3,300 feet (total area 1.7 acres) for a paved road leading to two driveways providing access to two home sites on separate parcels. The initial 400 feet from the encroachment onto Centerville Road involves completion of an existing cut into the hillside and laying back of side embankments. After emerging from the cut the access road connects with an existing dirt road that winds upslope some 1,500 feet to two driveways. Access road will be widened to 18 feet to meet Cal Fire PRC 4290 standards, with maximum slopes of 20 percent. Driveways will be paved and widened to 10 feet.
