Fallow Agricultural/General Commercial/Commercial Mixed Use
Implementation of the proposed project would result in the development of a commercial center that would accommodate an approximately 170,589 square foot Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse and approximately 32,000 square feet of retail space in four separate buildings. These project components would be completed in two separate phases. It is anticipated that the proposed project would compliment the overall appearance of the nearby Stadium Center I and II shopping centers to the west. The proposed project would also include a total of approximately 830 parking spaces.
