Document Description
The project proposes a new education center on approximately 85 acres including parking, classroom and administrative buildings, outdoor athletic fields, and a Native Area where no building is proposed. Development of the project site would be phased over several decades, with ultimate buildout estimated in the year 2030. The total student enrollment is anticipated to reach 8,500 students at full buildout. The project would be constructed in two phases: Phase I and Phase II. The initial opening of the school is scheduled for 2011.
