This project proposes the construction of a new exit ramp from the northbound I-405 distributor road between Fairview Road and Harbor Boulevard, connecting to Susan Street in Costa Mesa. The project would improve local access and traffic circulation by providing an alternative access point to the existing street network, reduce overall impacts to key arterials, and improve operational deficiencies and overall service levels at key intersections in the project area.
