Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of the existing Wyndham Hotel parking garage and the construction of a 100-unit condominium tower adjacent to a new, proposed 6.5-level parking garage consisting of 1 subterranean level and 5.5 levels above ground. The residential tower would be constructed adjacent to the existing 235-unit Wyndam Hotel, which would be retained as part of the proposed project. This project represents a modification to the approval development plan and it was determined that, when compared to the previously certified Final EIR 1054, no new impacts would occur nor would there be any substantial increase in the severity of any previously identified impacts.
