Document Description
The Coachella Vineyards project includes the development of approximately 807 dwelling units on 203.5 acres. The Coachella Vineyards project includes 12 parks totaling 13.1 acres of parkland and one 10-acre retention basin. Access to the site would be provided via Fillmore Street and Avenue 54. The entitlements for the project include approval of the following: an amendment to the Rancho Coachella Vineyards Specific Plan to make minor changes to the original land use map, a change of zone for the Rancho Coachella Specific Plan, Design Guidelines, and Tentative Tract Map.
