Document Description
An amendment to the City's General Plan to add Residential Attached (RA) and Parks and Recreation land use designations to the current Public/Instutional land use designation to accommodate either the continued use of the site as a public/institutional facility, or allow multi-family residential development with a maximum of 30 units, including mandatory provision of public park between 0.5 and 1.0 acres in size. The proposal also includes a Zone Change to add Multi-family, Managed Care Overlay, and park and Recreation zoning designations to the current Public/Institutional zoning designation, to be consistent with the proposed General Plan Amendment.
