Document Description
The proposed project would involve the Increased Delivery of Oilfield Produced Water by Valley Waste Disposal Company (VWDC) to Cawelo Water District (CWD) from 176,000 barrels per day/8.4 million gallons per day/11.45 cfs. to 352,000 barrels per day/14.8 million gallons per day/22.90 cfs, and require a ratable reduction in electrical conductivitiy (EC) of the increased flow to prevent an increase in the annual salt load delivery to CWD, along with the construction of additional treatment facilities pumping plant and underground pipeline by VWDC within and adjacent to the existing land and rights-of-way of VWDC.
