Document Description
The proposed project would provide for an increase in the delivery of oilfield produced water by Valley Waste Disposal Company (VWDC) from 4.3 mgd to 7.4 mgd and by Chevron from 25.2 mgd to 33.5 mgd to Reservoir "B" of the Cawelo Water District's irrigation distribution system. In addition, the VWDC discharge limit for electrical conductivity would be increased from a daily maximum of 1,200 µmhos/cm to 1,300 µmhos/cm and a monthly average from 1,100 µmhos/cm to 1,250 µmhos/cm.
