Document Description
The Pauma Band of Mission Indians proposes to replace an existing 85,000 square foot casino on the Pauma Reservation with a new 171,000 square foot casino featuring approximately 90,600 square feet of gaming area and up to 2,500 slot machines. The project will also include an approximately 400-room hotel, multiple retail, food, and beverage facilities, a 1,500-seat multi-purpose events center, a conference and meeting facility, a spa with a two-acre outdoor pool and pool bar, an administrative and facilities center, a 2,500 seat outdoor amphitheatre, a 2,000-space parking garage, a 2,500 space parking lot, an upgraded or new wastewater treatment facility, and improvements to Pauma Reservation Road and the SR-76/Pauma Reservation Road intersection.
