Proposal by Tony Ritter to subdivide a 12.18-acre parcel into 60 parcels including 58 residential lots of 2,936 to 5,395 square feet each, one 2.07-acre open space lot with a 5,807-square foot building site (existing), and a 2.49-acre unbuildable open space lot, each for the purpose of sale and/or development. Additional improvements include a 14,104-square foot park and pedestrian walkway. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 8 acres of a 12.18-acre parcel. The division will create three new on-site roads (Verde Street, Rosemary Court, and Stanley Circle). The proposed project is within the Residential Single Family land use category.
