Document Description
The applicant, Nick Tompkins, is proposing to amend the Enos Ranchos (Area A2) Specific Plan area which is part of the Entrada Este Specific Plan. The follow sections reflect the proposed changes to the Specific Plan document, the General Plan and the zoning designations.
Along with the Specific Plan document changes there will be other map changes to reflect the amended Land Use and Circulation Plan. These plans include Conceptual Water Plan, the Conceptual Sewer Plan, the Conceptual Circulation Plan, the Conceptual Storm drain Plan, the Conceptual Electric Plan, the Telephone Routing Plan, the Cable Line Routing Plan, the Gas Line Routing Plan, and the Community Design Plan.
