The proposed project is a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Rezoning and Prezoning, Annexation, Subdivision, Public Improvement Plans, and Planned Development Permits for the Enos- Ranchos Project on the 122.22 acre property, located in the Entrada Este Specific Plan (Area A-2) at 1909 South Bradley Road, GPZ-2002-009, SPZ-2002-007, E-2002-060, and AN-100. The project would allow up to 344 residential units, a Jr. High School and Park facility, and 66 acres of regional commercial uses.
