Document Description
The project constitutes the City's contract with McCarthy Family Farms for McCarthy to transport and compost a portion of the City's biosolids. The City's biosolids are generated at the RWRF, transported to the MFF site in Kern County for processing and windrow composting, and thereafter transported as compost product to various counties for use as soil amendment.
