The proposed project is a request by the New Romanoffsky Church for a conditional use permit to authorize the construction, operation and maintenance of a church. The proposed church is a 7,304 square foot structure that includes a 3,494 square foot assembly area, a 1,618 square foot kitchen/laundry area, a 232 square foot nursery and a 253 square foot lounge and restroom area. The highest portions of the church are 28' 6" above grade. The elevations do not depict a steeple.
