The project is limited to activities associated with the annual maintenance/repairs to an existing headgate and fish screen; and the diversion of water from Patterson Creek, Diversion Numbers 400-7 and 401-7 (Pipe Ditch), pursuant to the Applicant's lawful water right (Scott River Adjudication, No. 30662, Jan. 30, 1980). The combined total maximum water right is 6.0 cubic feet per second from April 1 to Oct. 15 for Domestic/irrigation use, and a year round water right of 0.3 cfs for stock water use. The Pipe Ditch Diversion vortex boulder weirs were repaired/reconstructed in 2007 and was funded by the 2006 Klamath River Restoration Grant Program.
