Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes to construct a new interchange on SR-86S at Airport Boulevard, post mile R15.6 (KP R25.1) to post mile R17.8 (KP R28.6) in the City of Coachella in Riverside County. The project would consist of a two-quadrant cloverleaf interchange. The entrance and exit ramps for the interchange would create the least impediment to traffic flow on SR-86S because all major turning movements to and from SR-86S (exits and entrances) would be right turns.
