The project consists of a minor boundary change between the Counties of Merced and Fresno. The site of the proposed minor boundary change is currently located within the County of Fresno. The proposal consists of the transfer of approximately 6.52 square miles (4,175 acres) of land to Merced County's jurisdiction. No change in land uses or other development projects are proposed as part of this minor boundary change.
