Document Description
The proposed project involves the removal of a 27,550-sf, 132-slip marina dock to be replaced with a 20,483 sf, 102-slip dock. The reconstruction will include installation of new electrical power connections, water supply lines, communication hook-ups, a pump-out station, and fire fighting facilities. The redesign is based on current California Department of Boating and Waterways design criteria and Americans with Disabilities Act access requirements. Dredging will be required within the project boundary to a depth of 8 to 10 feet.
