Document Description
BP West Coast Products, LLC, proposes the construction and operation of two 260-foot diameter covered external floating roof tanks to store crude oil at the BP Carson Crude Terminal (CCT), in Carson, California. These crude oil storage tanks will be typical storage tanks equipped with roofs that float on the surface of the stored liquid with seal systems for control of air emissions. As an added measure for the control of emissions, each tank will be constructed with a self supporting roof.
