The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0183-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Covenant Development. The applicant proposes to construct on a 40-acre site for a single-family residential development consisting of up to 203 single-family residential homes and associated infrastructure. The scope of work will include placing rip rap on the banks of Oro Grande Wash.
