Prior to notifying the Department, the previous owner removed approximately 1.3 acres of riparian vegetation from the 3.04 acre parcel, APN 391-150-027. This agreement has been prepared to mitigate the impacts of the vegetation clearing, proposed project, and conserve the adjacent 3.04 acre parcel, APN 391-480-015.
