The project proposes the annual removal, for private use of the landowner, of up to 500 cubic yards (cy) of deposited gravel materials from the gravel bar above a culvert crossing on the unnamed tributary for the purpose of protecting the road crossing and maintaining the natural contour of the stream bed.
