Restore and protect an eroding section of the bank of Humbug Creek (aka Hummingbird Creek) by moving cobbles accumulated in the center of the stream to the bank area which experienced a significant blow-out during the winter of 2005-2006, and by removing accumulated debris which is blocking the flow and deflecting the flow into the banks and threatening a house and its septic system leach-field.
