Document Description
Install concrete baffles to restore and enhance fish passage in the existing Hilton Creek culvert under Highway 154. All work will be confined to the existing culvert and immediately adjacent State Highway right of way. The project will be carried out with hand labor and not mechanized equipment. Concrete baffles will be placed in the bottom of the existing culvert.
