Document Description
The Marina Seawall consists of 728 reinforced concrete panels spanning approximately 7.2 miles (38,000 linear feet). Each panel is reinforced with tie-rods extending from the outside (seaside) of the wall to the reinforced concrete caissons placed beind the wall (landside). Voids of varying sizes have been detected at the bottom of approximately 17,600 lineal feet of the seawall at various locations throughout the harbor.
